Temporary Closure of Mudford Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from
proceeding along:
Mudford Road - from the junction with Two Elms Road to the junction with Thorney Lane.
A total distance of 671 metres.
This Order will enable Openreach to carry out pole testing works.
The Order becomes effective on 12th August 2026 and will remain in force for eighteen
months. The works are expected to commence on 17th August 2026 and last until 17th
August 2026 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
